Volkswagen Celebrates Virtus 4 Year Anniversary With Exclusive Benefits

Launched in 2022, the Volkswagen Virtus quickly established itself as one of India’s most popular premium sedans. Built on the MQB A0 IN platform, it impressed buyers with its segment-leading safety, refined driving dynamics, and elegant design. Since its debut, the Virtus has consistently remained the best-selling sedan in its segment.

Volkswagen Virtus 4 Year Anniversary

As part of the 4 year anniversary for Volkswagen Virtus sedan, the company is offering special anniversary benefits across Virtus’ variant range. These include Buy Now and Pay Later scheme, Loyalty Benefits, Special Anniversary Celebration Benefits and Exclusive Offers For Doctors and Chartered Accountants.

The success of Virtus sedan in the country is rather notable too. Volkswagen India has sold 1 Virtus sedan every 24 minutes (on an average), becoming India’s beloved premium and executive C Segment Sedan. In India, buyers have a higher preference of GT variants and automatic gearbox options.

Volkswagen has begun testing the facelifted Virtus in India ahead of its expected launch. The updated sedan is likely to feature a redesigned front fascia, adaptive LED headlights, connected lighting elements, illuminated Volkswagen logos, a new digital cockpit, and refreshed interior trims and exterior colour options, giving it a more modern and premium appeal.

The same 1.0L 3-cylinder TSI and 1.5L 4-cylinder TSI engines are expected to be carried forward. The more enthusiastic 1.5L TSI engine will retain the 6-speed Manual and 7-speed DSG options, but the 1.0L TSI engine is expected to get a new 8-speed Aisin-sourced torque converter.
